2025 was a year of mass nationwide protesting of the Trump Administration. Hands-Off, No-Kings, and Good-Trouble were a few that drew large crowds of protesters in all 50 states. There were many protests of Trump in foreign countries too. There was Trump offensive misconduct; sharing vile AI videos and shocking statements on social media. There were illegal and incompetent actions from this administration; depicting fascism and not following constitutional law. guarantees fundamental fairness & legal rights (notices & a chance to be heard) to
all persons on U.S. soil, not just citizens, including documented or undocumented
immigrants, when the government seeks to deprive them of life, liberty or property.
There have been many cases in 2025 where this administration violated this.

gendered, and physically demeaning language.

In January 2025, Trump repeatedly threatened to "take back" the Panama Canal.
Trump's tariffs are taking a toll on U.S. businesses & households.

his constitutional oath of office. Allegations focused on the expansion of executive
power, efforts to bypass judicial orders, & challenges to established constitutional rights.
Trump granted executive clemency to more than 1,600 individuals as of July 2025,
all of whom were charged or convicted of federal criminal offenses.
The Mohsen Mahdawi case involved an unjust deportation attempt of a lawful
permanent resident & Columbia University student; arrested at his U.S. citizenship
interview, for pro-Palestinian advocacy. His lawyers argued it was unconstitutional
retaliation for his speech, leading to a federal court ruling for his release from
detention pending legal challenges against the Trump administration's actions.
